- For this assignment, you will create a deliverable of your choice (written document, infographic, PowerPoint, video, etc.) that communicates the information below. See the attached handout to view resources that can assist you in creating some of these types of deliverables.
- Describe at least 10 types of pleadings or motions that can be used in a civil case.
- Explain the purpose of each pleading or motion you include in your deliverable.
