- Conduct a short external analysis based on the PESTEL and Porter 5-forces models. Based on your analysis, is the industry attractive?
- Conduct a short internal analysis of the firm’s resources and capabilities using the VRIO approach. Is there anything that can be the source of a competitive advantage for the firm?
- Based on your analysis above, should the turnaround be successful? Briefly explain your answer.
