You and your team have been charged, by Senior Management, with designing a training targeted at improving the overall Cultural Intelligence within your organization.
The training module should contain an Introduction, a description of the training components and logistics, and a set of clearly articulated Learning Objectives that guide the training topics and methods chosen.
- Each group member will be responsible for creating at least one learning objective and the content that will be covered related to the objective. Suggested activities to help training participants achieve the learning objectives should also be included.
- Each member will need to be conducted research to both create the learning objective and to assist in the creation of content. Citations used should clearly bolster the choices being made.
- Learning objectives should be ‘SMART’ (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Time-Bound)
- The Training should cover the following topics at a minimum:
- Elements of culture
- Metacognitive Strategies
- The Cultural Intelligence Model
- Self-Efficacy and Cultural Intelligence
