Discussion Topic:  Sexual Harassment

Under what circumstances would you consider that one employee asking another for a date could constitute sexual harassment?

Feel free to include any example of sexual harassment you’ve heard of, including the revelations last year about Governor Cuomo of New York State, that have since led to his resignation (we now have a newly elected female governor, Governor Kathy Hochul) . Former Governor Cuomo became well known to most Americans during his Covid briefings in spring 2020.
