Designing PowerPoint or Visuals
Read the mini-case on page 129 Carestream Health then answer question #1 “Would you consider this transformation to be incremental or radical? Why?” ( using Dennis F.G file attached)
- Choose a professional-looking design for your PowerPoint and use it consistently. Make sure the information on each slide is well-organized
- Avoid using too much text. These should be short bullet points with key ideas, not complete sentences.
- Integrate images and other visual tools to make your presentation visually engaging.
- As you finalize your presentation, ensure that you are conveying a clear and consistent message throughout.

- You may add references to external sources such as company websites, journal articles, periodicals (e.g., Wall Street Journal, Business Week) or governmental sources such as the SEC. Citations must be referenced according to APA style.
High-quality analysis
- Identify the symptoms, critical factors and the current state described in the case as relevant to the particular question you are analyzing. You are not required to give a background about the entire case study.
- You may apply concepts/models/frameworks from the course content and outside research.
- When multiple recommendations for actions are available, you may discuss implications and tradeoffs.
- There is not necessarily a “right” answer to a given teaching case. A “right” answer is one that is well supported by your argument.

FORMAT:
- Prepare a paper using in a word document that is 2-3 pages in length using APA 7th ed. formatting
- Use the course terminology and cite in your paper in your narrative from our course materials the book and the articles (minimum of 2 sources) using Dyer et al. (2019) Chapter 7 pages 170-178.
- Provide a reference page
