 Module Four Short Paper: For this short paper, write about an opportunity where you applied management or leadership theory in your job. Explain your experience. Detail what elements worked in this situation and what, if anything, could have been better. If you have not had an opportunity yet, describe a situation at work that you would either like to or would have liked to apply your academic leadership training to.
