- What are the basic requirements for employment (ex. Age, education, physicality, required security clearance, etc.).
- Be sure to explain the salary ranges and benefits offered to those that are employed in this area including retirement benefits.
- What opportunities do you have for growth and promotion?
- What might disqualify you from employment? For example, in policing, if you have a domestic violence conviction you cannot carry or possess a firearm, thus disqualifying those convicted from employment.
- What are some stressors that someone in this position might face and how might this impact your family dynamics?
