Final Discussion

 

Looking at the course through two lenses, content and process, respond to the following:

Content: What did you find most meaningful about Social Marketing? Was anything surprising to you?

Process: Did you like the TEDTalks and other videos? What are your thoughts on the textbook?  

Other suggestions: Do you have any recommendations for future classes? I mentioned to a couple of the presentation groups about my ideas of introducing AI as a tool or methodology – for example, utilizing predictive analytics, chatbots, image recognition, natural language processing, content development, engagement analytics, etc. Thoughts?
