How do I download the dataset?
First go to: www.worldbank.org/agdistortions website (this was in the original prompt)
Then read the text carefully and scroll down to Database. Click.
You see rar folder (compressed zip file) window and downloading icon at the right top (if you are mac user–PC is similar — look for download icon).
Download the folder to your computer. Using one of the following program (or what you already have), unzip the folder:

Once you unzip the folder, click “DistortionstoAgricultural…database0609.zip” inside the folder.
You see excel spread sheet titled “Distortions to Agricultural Incentives_database_0609.xls.”
This is the data you will be using. Make sure you have nra_covt variable in the dataset.
